While we are working towards addressing the disruption to standard login process affecting Hosted Compliance, a temporary workaround has been implemented.
Please log in via the alternate link: https://oauth.myobhcp.com
Please note this will require you to know your Hosted Compliance Admin Portal Password.
If you don't know your Hosted Compliance Admin Portal password, please ask your practice administrator to follow the below steps to reset the password for you.
Access Admin Portal
You can log into the admin portal - https://admin.myobhcp.com with the practice admin credentials you have been provided.
Viewing User Accounts
User accounts can be listed by navigating to the Users > Users menu on the left.
Resetting User Account Passwords
To reset a user account password, click on the user, click on Password Reset and enter an updated password. Enter the matching password confirmation and click on Update password.
Logging in to the Alternate Portal
Please log in via the alternate link: https://oauth.myobhcp.com using the updated username and password.
